The Association has a requirement to establish a Reserve to save for major expenses for which the Association and its members are responsible. These include the bike path, pond, wetlands and drains. A Reserve study was completed that identifies costs to address these areas and a plan is in place to begin regular funding of a Reserve.

The pond is becoming increasingly popular. As part of our Reserve study and budget planning, the Association will address pond treatment issues every other year. This will allow for the most efficient use of homeowner assessments, as well as the opportunity to address our reserve requirement. Of course, some circumstances may require the need to address pond issues earlier than planned.

| Alterations And Additions |
All alterations and additions to property in Harvest Run Phase III requires prior approval from the Board. Please click here or go to the Forms section to download the appropriate form and submit to the management company prior to beginning work. Examples of work requiring approval includes fences, pools, sheds and other additions or alterations.
